Meatloaf Sandwich
Simple meatloaf sandwich that is a wonderful way to use leftover meatloaf.

- 1-2 slices meatloaf
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices American cheese or favorite cheese
- lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- onion
Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Sandwich
Place slice or slices of meatloaf in a large skillet over medium heat. Warm the meat loaf for 4-5 minutes on each side or until warmed through.
Spread butter on each slice of bread. Place the bread in the skillet, butter side down, to toast.
Spread sauce on slice of bread. Place warmed slices of meatloaf on one of the bread. Top with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and other slice of bread.
Serve warm.
