Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Pasta Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 (8 ounce) mozzarella, cubed
- 2 oz sliced salami, diced
- sliced pepperoni, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper, diced
- 1 cup iceburg lettuce, chopped
Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pasta Salad
Cook pasta according to box. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncinis, cheese, pepperoni, and salami. Stir in lettuce. Toss in the dressing to coat.
