Greek Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce hummus
  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large English cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, diced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • Spread the hummus out in a pie dish, 8 x 8 baking dish, or a rectangular serving dish.
  • Mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh dill in a bowl. Spread the yogurt over the hummus.
  • Top the dip with diced cucumbers, diced onion, diced tomatoes, olives, and Feta cheese.
  • Serve the dip or cover and refrigerate.

Notes

  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces. This makes it easier to get on your chip.
  • Pat the cucumbers dry with a paper towel.
  • Serve with sturdy dippers that can hold up to the dip.
