- 15 ounce hummus
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large English cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, diced
- ¼ cup feta cheese
Spread the hummus out in a pie dish, 8 x 8 baking dish, or a rectangular serving dish.
Mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh dill in a bowl. Spread the yogurt over the hummus.
Top the dip with diced cucumbers, diced onion, diced tomatoes, olives, and Feta cheese.
Serve the dip or cover and refrigerate.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces. This makes it easier to get on your chip.
- Pat the cucumbers dry with a paper towel.
- Serve with sturdy dippers that can hold up to the dip.
