Corn dip with cream cheese

This easy corn dip is full of flavor and texture. Corn, veggies, cheese, are combined in a creamy dip with taco seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn drainied
  • 1 4 ounce can green chiles drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red bell pepper diced
  • 3 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until creamy.
  • Stir in shredded cheese, corn, green chiles, pepper, and onions.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to come together.
