Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler

This easy cinnamon roll peach cobbler can be made with just a few ingredients. A super simple breakfast or dessert using canned cinnamon rolls and peach pie filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls plus the included icing
  • 2 (21 ounce cans) peach pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces. Place all of the quartered cinnamon rolls into a large bowl.
  • Pour the peach pie filling on top of the cinnamon rolls. Gently toss to combine. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Stir the cinnamon and sugar together to combine. Sprinkle on top of the peach mixture. (This is an optional step.)
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through. ***(Check the cobbler at 30 minutes. If the top is starting to brown you can gently cover with foil to make sure the top doesn't burn.)
