- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (2.5 ounce) package Buddig beef, diced or 2 jars chipped beef
- 4 pieces bread, toasted
Place your butter in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat.
