Chicken Alfredo Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 (16.9 ounce) alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking dish or pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the cream cheese and Alfredo sauce in a large skillet or saucepan. Warm over medium heat while constantly stirring until the cream cheese melts.
  • Stir in 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the chicken.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
  • Let the dip rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
