- 3 cups shredded cheese Like colby/jack, triple cheddar, milk cheddar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tabelspoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 9-inch pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk eggs. Add in cheese, flour, onion, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into pie plate. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
