Cinnamon Sugar Banana Donut Holes
Baked banana donut holes covered with cinnamon and sugar. The perfect way to start off the morning.

Servings: 25 donut holes
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt,1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, mix together oil, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, butter extract, egg, banana and milk.
Add the banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
Fill the mini muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 10 minutes or until done.
Melt butter and place in a bowl and mix cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl.
Remove donut holes and cool for 3-5 minutes. Dip the holes in butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
