Lemon Pepper Sauce

This simple lemon pepper sauce is great on chicken wings, pasta, and more. Made with just a few ingredients, this tangy, peppery sauce is always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place butter into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once the butter has melted, whisk in lemon juice, zest, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  • Remove the pan from heat and serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust each of the ingredients to your taste. If you prefer a more garlic flavor, add a little extra garlic powder or substitute with 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic.
  • Like a spicier sauce? Add a little extra ground black pepper or a splash of hot sauce.
