Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 32 ounce velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Instructions

  • Warm large skillet over medium heat. Add in oil and ground turkey. Break up the ground turkey and cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Stir in Rotel.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
