Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup mango puree

Instructions

  • Whisk together boiling water and unflavored gelatin.
