Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Place water and lemon in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Place a steamer basket in the pot making sure it doesn't touch the water.
  • Put the shrimp in the steamer basket.
  • Add a lid to the pot and steam for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Carefully remove shrimp and let cool. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
