Pork Chop Marinade

Easy pork chop marinade that will add so much flavor to both bone-in and boneless pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless

Instructions

  • Place the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Stir in minced garlic.
  • Put pork chops in a large, gallon sized zip top bag or a small casserole dish. Pour marinade over pork chops. Close the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap.
  • Place the pork chops in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to 12 hours.
  • Cook the pork chops using favorite method like baking, grilling, or air fryer.

You can double the ingredients if you are making more than 4 pork chops or if your chops are large and thick.
