Ingredients

  • 6-8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towel.
  • Place chicken thighs in a bowl. Pour spice mixture and olive oil over chicken thighs. Toss to coat.
  • Put chicken thighs on prepared baking sheet, skin side up. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches
