Corn Pudding

Delicious corn pudding is a wonderful, flavorful side dish. Made with corn, corn bread mix, and a few other simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. box Jiffy Corn Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, stir together Jiffy corn mix, egg, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sugar, and sour cream. Slowly stir in melted butter.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x8 dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
