Ingredients

  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a teaspoon of salt.
  • Add in dried pasta and boil according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes and garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
  • Carefully pour in 1 cup of the pasta water into the skillet. Stir in cooked pasta and then toss with grated parmesan. Serve warm.
