Ingredients

  • 8 slices banana bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  • Warm a large pan over medium heat. Add butter to pan.
  • Carefully dip a slice of banana bread into the egg mixture. Place on the hot pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Continue with each slice of bread.
  • (Add more butter to pan if needed.)
