Bisquick Pizza Dough

Easy Bisquick pizza dough is great for a fun, fast pizza night.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons cornmeal

Instructions

  • Put Bisquick mix in a large bowl. Pour in water and combine until a soft dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl with a towel and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza pan. Place the dough on the pizza pan and roll dough out into a pizza crust.
  • Lightly brush dough with olive oil, especially around the edges.
  • Spoon on some pizza sauce and top pizza with your favorite toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

  • This dough does have more of a biscuit taste. You can add in 1 tablespoon of flour to the mixture to give it more of a pizza crust taste.
  • If you want a thinner crust, make sure to roll out the dough pretty thin.
  • Divide dough into 2-3 balls to make individual pizzas for a family pizza night.
  • This recipe can be doubled to make a larger pizza.
