Bratwurst in the oven

It's quick and easy to cook bratwurst in the oven. This recipe can be made in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 bratwurst
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place bratwurst on lined baking sheet. Place peppers and onions around brats on baking sheet. Drizzle oil mixture over brats and vegetables. 
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip the brats and cook another 10 minutes. Serve warm with peppers and onions.
