Salami Roll Ups

Salami roll ups are an easy party appetizer that can be made in minutes. Cream cheese, salami, and seasoning, these salami roll ups are easy to customize and great for holidays, game day, and more.

Ingredients

  • 20 salami slices
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 (.7) ounce pack Italian dressing seasoning Good Seasonings brand
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • 20 green olives optional
  • 20 toothpicks

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese and Italian dressing seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Mix together with an electric mixer until creamy. Stir in the diced green onions.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a piece of salami.
  • Tightly roll up the salami. Add an olive to a toothpick and then spear through the salami roll up to hold together.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Notes

  • Soften the cream cheese. This helps to make it easy to spread.
  • Adjust seasoning. I like using a full packet of the Italian dressing seasoning. It makes the cream cheese super flavorful. You can use half of the pack if you prefer less dressing flavor.
  • Use thin slices of salami. If it's too thick, it makes it a little harder to roll up.
  • Don't use too much filling. Just a thin layer of cream cheese works best.
  • Secure with a toothpick. Use a toothpick to hold the roll ups together.
