Easy Baked Chicken Breast
Baked Chicken Breast - Only four ingredients to make this perfectly tender all-purpose baked chicken.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound the chicken breast out to even thickness.
Rub both sides of chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
Place cut up butter on top of chicken and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
Remove from oven and cover with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
