- 1.5 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil.
Place pork tenderloin on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle oil over the pork.
Brush Dijon mustard over the whole tenderloin. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
