Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil.
  • Place pork tenderloin on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle oil over the pork.
  • Brush Dijon mustard over the whole tenderloin. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
