Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt

Instructions

  • Place yogurt, banana, and blueberries in a food processor.
  • Blend ingredients until smooth.
  • Place silicone mold on a baking sheet. Fill the molds with yogurt mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
