Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper sliced in strips
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced in strips
  • 1 onion sliced into strips
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line baking sheet with foil. Toss vegetables with oil and seasonings.
  • Spread vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes.
