  • 3 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground clove

  • Place all of the spices in a bowl and stir to combine.
