Delicious blonde brownies with white chocolate chips.
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream together brown sugar and butter. Add in eggs and vanilla.
Slowly mix in flour mixture until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Spread batter in prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting.
