Easy Ranch Crackers make a great appetizer or snack.
- 1 box Saltine crackers
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Optional, place a wire rack on top of foil.
Place butter and Ranch seasoning in a large skillet. Melt butter over medium heat.
Dip crackers in butter and seasoning mixture until coated and then place crackers on a wire rack or directly on prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
- Don't over heat the butter.
- Be sure not to let the crackers sit in the butter mixture too long or they will get soggy and fall apart.
