Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup favorite salsa

Instructions

  • Add chicken, seasoning and salsa to slow cooker. 
  • Set on high for 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. Shred with fork. 

Notes

  • I like using boneless, skinless chicken breasts for this recipe but you could also use thighs. 
  • Use two forks to shred chicken right in the slow cooker once it has finished cooking.
