- 1 crescent roll dough
- 16 baby dill pickles
- (4 ounce) cream cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a cutting board. Separate the dough into triangles.
Cut each crescent roll triangle in half.
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Spread about a tablespoon of the mixture on the wide part of each crescent roll triangle.
Place a pickle on the cream cheese mixture and roll the crescent roll around the pickle. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush melted butter on top of the crescent rolls. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
