Doritos Dip
My Doritos dip recipe is a delicious, creamy dip made with just a few simple ingredients. A cream cheese base gives this dip a wonderful, creamy texture thats full of fiesta flavor that pairs perfectly with Doritos.

- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1.1 ounce) packet fiesta ranch seasoning (or ranch seasoning)
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, diced
Place the softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and ranch seasoning. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Stir in drained Mexicorn, Rotel, green onions, and shredded cheese.
Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for at least and hour before serving.
- Soften the cream cheese. Leave the cream cheese out at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to soften. This helps make it easier to mix helps to prevent lumps.
- Drain well. Make sure to drain the Mexicorn and Rotel well. This will help prevent the dip from becoming watery.
- Great for a party. You can leave this dip out for about 2 hours at a party.
