- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and ground black pepper. Set aside.
Place the cooked and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
Add in the diced green onions, celery, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
