- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) diced pimentos, drained
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
