- 16 ounce small shell pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup red onions, diced
- 8 ounce colby jack cheese, diced
- 12 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Make sure to cook to al dente.
Pour the pasta in a colander to drain the water. Rinse the pasta with cold water.
Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, diced red onions, and cubed cheese.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
