Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons bottled sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 heads iceberg lettuce cored and cut into 4 wedges per head

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, water, and pepper.
  • Spoon the dressing over the lettuce wedges.
