Hashbrown Casserole

Quick, easy, and cheesy, this hashbrown casserole makes a great side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients and microwave for 10 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes.
  • Transfer hash browns to prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
