Ham and Swiss Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of 24 mini rolls
  • 1 lb deli honey ham shaved (I used Boars Head Honey Maple Ham)
  • 1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese - cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 medium onion - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice rolls open and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Mix together ham, poppy seeds, mustard, butter, onion, Worcestershire in a medium bowl.
  • Open each roll and place cheese and then a dollop of ham mixture on top of the cheese inside each roll.
  • Close rolls, then cover baking dish with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
