Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Sides

  • carrot sticks
  • grapes

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, bell peppers, celery, onion, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper in large bowl. 
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 

Notes

To make this more Keto friendly, you can use mayonnaise in place of Greek yogurt.
