Egg Roll in a Bowl (Pork)

Pork Egg roll In A Bowl is a delicious twist on the classic egg roll. All of the flavor without the wrapper in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb Smithfield All Natural Pork Tenderloin, cut in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons Fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Put olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork tenderloin pieces to the pan. 
  • Cook the pork tenderloin pieces until cooked through and no longer pink. About 5-7 minutes. 
  • Drain any excess liquid.
  • Add garlic, ginger and soy sauce to pan. Then add cabbage and carrots. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. 
  • Turn off heat and top with green onion and sesame oil.
