Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cob husk removed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • lime juice

Instructions

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Place corn in the boiling water and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Carefully remove corn from the water and set on a plate to slightly cool.
  • Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and salt. Brush the mixture over each ear of corn.
  • Top with Tajin seasoning to your liking. Next, sprinkle cheese on top. Add a splash of lime juice and serve.
