Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 pieces cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Scramble eggs in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Warm tortillas on a microwave safe plate in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  • Add half of the scrambled eggs down the middle of the tortilla. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onion, and salsa. Repeat with second tortilla.
  • Roll or wrap up the burrito and serve warm.
