  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


  • Mix three cheese together to make a blend.
  • Place one of the tortillas and place on a microwave safe plate.
  • Place a layer of cheese on top of the tortilla. Microwave for 20-30 seconds or until cheese melts.
  • Carefully roll up the tortilla and serve.



  • Be careful not to place the cheese close to the tortilla's edge. It might cause the cheese to spill out once it has melted.
  • Keep an eye on the cheese do it doesn't burn. Start with 15 seconds and add 5 seconds of cooking time until cheese is melted.
