Baked Chicken Tenders At 375 Degrees

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine spices in a small bowl. Place chicken tenders in a zip top bag.
  • Pour olive oil in the bag. Move the tenders around to cover in oil. Pour in spice mixture. Close the zip bag and shake so that the chicken tenders are covered in the spices.
  • Place chicken tenders on prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

If chicken tenders are small and thin, check them after cooking for 15 minutes. 
Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
