  • Air Fryer

  • 12 oz cheese curds
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Stir together flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl. Place Panko crumbs in a third bowl.
  • Take cheese curd and dip into flour mixture to coat. Next, dip into beaten eggs and then into Panko crumbs.
  • Repeat the process, flour, eggs, Panko and then place coated cheese curd in air fryer basket that has been sprayed with olive oil.
  • Keep coating cheese curds until ready to cook. Make sure the are spread out in air fryer basket and not on top of each other
  • Lightly spray the tops of the coated cheese curds with olive oil. Cook at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve warm.

Each air fryer cooks a little differently so when you are turning them over halfway through cooking, check to see how crispy they are getting and add 2-3 minutes.
If you are cooking multiple batches, you will probably want to reduce the cook time after the first batch to a total of 4-5 minutes.
