Mix mayonnaise, creamy horseradish, sugar and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors come together.

Using the creamy horseradish will give you a smooth sauce. If you choose to use prepared horseradish, you can pulse the mixture in a blender or food processor to achieve a smooth sauce.
