Bread Dipping Oil

This bread dipping oil is full of dried herbs and a little Parmesan cheese. Easy to make and wonderful to serve alongside your favorite bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Stir together garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour in extra virgin olive oil and stir. Pour in balsamic and add Parmesan cheese. Serve.
