Mar a lago Turkey Burger

Ingredients

diced green onions

diced celery

peeled and diced granny smith apples

canola oil
1-2
pounds
of ground turkey

tablespoon
salt

tablespoon
pepper
1
tsp
of Tabasco
1
lemon juiced
1/2
bunch parsley
chopped
1/4
cup
Major Grey's Chutney
Instructions
Sautee onion, celery, and apple in oil until softened, about 4 minutes.
Place turkey in a bowl and add sautéed ingredients. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, parsley, and chutney.
Mix and shape into burgers. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Notes
I made my burgers into slider size but will also work for larger buns. I also topped the burgers with extra chutney.
