Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 loaf baguette cut in 1/2 inch slices

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lightly brush each side of baguette slice with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, green olives, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Once bread is baked, top with tomato mixture and serve.
