Cucumber Salad With Dill

This classic creamy cucumber dill salad is perfect for BBQ's, potlucks, holidays, and more. Cool, crunchy, creamy cucumber salad is so simple to make with fresh dill. This summer side dish is a must make!

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup red onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 taspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk together to combine.
  • Add the sliced cucumbers and sliced onions in the sour cream mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
