Copycat Chicken Salad Chick grape salad is a sweet, creamy, fruit salad recipe that is great for holidays, baby showers, family gatherings, potlucks, and so much more. An easy grape salad topped with brown sugar and chopped pecans. This is a family favorite recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds seedless grapes red grapes and green grapes
  • 2 8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Rinse the grapes with water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them in half and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Mix in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat for another 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Stir in the halved grapes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • When ready to serve, sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans over the grape salad.
